Dr. Bright Chen practice interests include musculoskeletal disorders, reconstructive surgery, and sports medicine. His practice philosophy is that medicine is simply allowing the body to heal itself and to promote methods in that regard. In addition, some conditions may not require surgery and conservative options are explored first.
During podiatric medical school, he completed a homeless outreach community service and research project. He received the prestigious Albert Schweitzer Fellowship award for his service. He has two articles regarding foot care public health published in the Journal of American Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Chen is a former competitive-level gymnast, and understands the needs and concerns of the pediatric and adult athlete.
